Woodford makes several reliable yard hydrants. One of them is the orange IOWA Y34 hydrant which is intended for irrigation, filling equipment, cleaning tools, lawn and garden care and watering livestock. It is a variable flow and has quite a few features. The R34 hydrant has an adjustable pivot block and is also intended for irrigation and the like.
